It’s one of the most beautiful restaurants in NYC thanks to their large outdoor patio covered in greenery, but they also have floor-to-ceiling glass windows if it’s a chillier night.

Their Mexican fare is great too, like the Watermelon Salad, Tuna Tostada, and signature Mezcal cocktails. Perfect for when the suns out, they’ll have 30-foot tall palm trees, water features, and pergolas that will have you feeling like you escaped on a gorgeous getaway. Gitano Island is set to reopen back up in May 2023 with their Tulum-inspired tropical paradise of a restaurant. With a partially covered awning woven with twinkle lights, it becomes a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. Italian restaurant Aurora in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is open for outdoor dining on their sidewalk, but you’ll want to snag seating in the back garden to really feel like you’ve been whisked away from the city (which is also heated in the winter).
